Martin R. Benante

Martin R. Benante, age 60, has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since April 2000. He has been a Director of the Company since 1999. Mr. Benante has been an employee of the Company for more than 34 years, serving at times in increasing levels of managerial responsibility, such as general manager at the Company’s Target Rock division, President of the Company’s Flow Control segment, Vice President of the Company, and then as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company before serving in his present capacity.
As evidenced by the Company’s strong growth during his tenure as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Benante’s in-depth knowledge of Curtiss-Wright’s business segments and the industries in which they operate provides the Company a competitive advantage in continuing to improve long-term performance and increase stockholder value.

David C. Adams
President and Chief Operating Officer

David C. Adams assumed the role of President and Chief Operating Officer of Curtiss-Wright Corporation in 2012 with responsibility for expanding global opportunities for the Company’s diversified business operations and products. The leaders of the Company’s three operating segments – Flow Control, Controls and Surface Technologies – report to him.
Mr. Adams served as Co-Chief Operating Officer of Curtiss-Wright since 2008, with responsibility for all aspects of the Controls and Surface Technologies (then Metal Treatment) segments' strategic goals, technology development, global operations and financial performance. Prior to that, he was President of Curtiss-Wright Controls, the Motion Control Segment of the Corporation, since 2005. In this role, he led global strategy including fostering internal innovation, developing cross-market applications and acquiring pioneering technologies to achieve their full potential in high-performance markets. Mr. Adams has more than 31 years of experience in the aerospace, defense and electronics technology markets.

Thomas P. Quinly
President, Controls Segment

Mr. Quinly was named President of Curtiss-Wright Controls, the Motion Control segment of the Corporation, in 2008. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of the Motion Control Embedded Computing Unit, where he was responsible for integrating previous Curtiss-Wright acquisitions in this technology sector and growing the Embedded Computing business through additional acquisitions. Mr. Quinly has over 30 years experience in the defense, aerospace and commercial markets.

Glenn E. Tynan
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Glenn E. Tynan was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Curtiss-Wright Corporation in 2002. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, he held the position of Corporate Controller since 2000.
Mr. Tynan has experience in a variety of positions in both operational and financial roles that he held prior to joining Curtiss-Wright. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New Jersey Society of CPAs and Financial Executives International.

Michael J. Denton
Vice President,General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Mr. Denton was named General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Curtiss-Wright Corporation in 2001. Prior to joining Curtiss-Wright, he served as corporate counsel for Honeywell Aerospace, Westinghouse Electric Corporation and General Electric Company. Mr. Denton earned his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Michigan Law School.
