Effective April 27, 2004, as amended July 19, 2004, no executive or non-executive member of the Corporation's Board of Directors may hold more than four board memberships, inclusive of the Director's membership on the Corporation's Board. In addition, the Chief Executive Officer may not hold more than two Board memberships, inclusive of the Chief Executive Officer's membership on the Corporation's Board.
