Curtiss-Wright's direct suppliers are required to comply with applicable laws and regulations in providing us manufactured goods and products. In addition to this general obligation, Curtiss-Wright requires all direct suppliers to certify that "the production of materials incorporated into any product sold or otherwise provided to Curtiss-Wright Corporation and/or its subsidiaries complies with laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which [the supplier] does business". Suppliers that fail to adhere to our standards are subject to termination. Analysis of the nature of the raw materials and components procured for use in Curtiss-Wright's operations indicates that there is a low risk of human trafficking and slavery being utilized in the production of these raw materials and components. As a result, Curtiss-Wright does not conduct audits of its suppliers specifically focused on human trafficking and slavery.

This program addresses values, leadership, training, audits, certifications and accountability. This program is intended to ensure compliance with applicable laws and a culture committed to ethics and integrity in all we do.
